Kyiv region

At night there were air-raid sirens throughout the region. 

Fighting continues in the Bucha region. There was shelling in Irpin and Hostomel territorial communities. The Armed Forces of Ukraine control the territory of the city of Irpin. Shelling continues there.

Chernihiv region

There were defensive battles near Chernihiv. During the day, the Russian army fired on residential areas several times in the northern part of the city. According to preliminary information, they used mines. Significant damage to buildings and infrastructure, there are people injured.

There is no electricity, gas, water or heat in Chernihiv, the network is poor.

hytomyr region

Air-raid sirens were heard at night.

Kirovohrad region

Dnipropetrovsk region

Kharkiv region

The shelling of Kharkiv continued at night. On Monday, March 28, the Russian army fired two cruise missiles into Liubotyn, one person was killed, there are also injured. Fires were extinguished in Chuhuiv district. Active fighting continues in Izyum.

Volyn

It is quiet in Volyn, only air-raid sirens at night. 

Vinnytsia region

It was relatively calm, there were two air-raid sirens overnight.

Khmelnytskyi region

The situation is relatively calm, at night there were air-raid sirens. 

The situation is quiet in Ternopil, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Lviv region.

Rivne region

There was a strike on the oil depot for the second time in three days. It was destroyed. Rescuers are working to extinguish the fire.

Ivano-Frankivsk

Luhansk region

Constant shelling and fighting in Rubizhne and Popasna. The hardest situation is in Lysychansk - it was attacked by Grad multiple rocket launchers, and there are fires everywhere. It is difficult to extinguish them due to the dangerous situation. During the day, 20 residential buildings were destroyed. Two civilians were killed.

Donetsk region

The Russian army tried to attack Avdiivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, but they failed. Ukrainian defenders are confidently holding their positions.

Ocheretyn military administration: there is shelling almost along the entire line.

Mykolaiv region

The city and several villages were shelled in the evening and overnight. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties, the number of victims is being clarified. There is no network or electricity in the occupied villages.
