Rumours that Russia is running out of personnel and rockets do not correspond to reality.
Source: Oleksandr Hruzevych, Brigadier General, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Land Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during a press briefing on 25 March, cited in Interfax-Ukraine
According to Hruzevych: "Does the enemy still have enough personnel? Of course they do. All of these loud declarations that they are running out of rockets – we know from the intensity of their shelling that this is not the case. The enemy is actively firing, especially from military infrastructure, on our military objects…
But you have to understand, they need time to get to Kyiv. Those forces won’t suddenly materialise from the air. They still have personnel, believe me, and in the very near future they will try to deploy them."
Details: Hruzevych said that the Russian forces have changed their tactics and are currently tracking Ukrainian air defence systems, air force, and artillery.
The Brigadier General added that according to the information obtained by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia is carrying out a mobilisation campaign in Dagestan in order to inject fresh forces into its army.
