Details: Overnight, Russian troops carried out missile attacks and phosphorous bombing of the Luhansk region, in particular the towns of Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rbuzhne, Kreminna, Novodruzhesk, and Voyevodivka. 35 towns and villages currently have no electricity - 21 have completely no access to it, leaving 101,526 people without power.
On 23 March, 23 residential buildings were completely or partially destroyed: 10 high-rise apartment buildings and 13 private houses. 16 of those buildings caught on fire.
According to Haidai: "The Russians are in agony. They can’t advance any further, so they have started to use heavy ammunition, executing rocket strikes on Lysychansk and Novodruzhesk, and dropping phosphorous bombs on Rubizhne from Russian aircraft. So, unfortunately, the number of victims might be much higher."
Details: Since 24 February, Russia has already killed 129 civilians and destroyed nearly 700 buildings – none of which were in any way associated with the military – in the region.
