Ukrainian security forces are urging Ukrainians who have been forced to flee their homes because of the war to avoid a hasty return.

Source: First Deputy Interior Minister Yevhen Yenin, live on all-Ukrainian telethon

Quote: "I want to urge everyone to be careful, keep calm and avoid a hasty return to abandoned buildings, because there may be unpleasant "surprises": abandoned weapons, ammunition, mines, tripwires and much more that the eye of an average citizen cannot notice or identify."

Details: The First Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine called on Ukrainians to wait for the return of full control over settlements by local authorities and the clearing of the cities and villages of the enemy by the National Police and other Ukrainian defenders.

Yenin advised to wait for the "green light" from the official authorities, including the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and only then return.

Quote: "Only after that can we talk about returning home for the most necessary things, clothes, etc."
