More than a thousand residents of Mariupol evacuated from Berdiansk to Zaporizhzhia in a day

On Tuesday, 1100 residents of Mariupol were evacuated from Berdiansk (Zaporizhzhia region) to Zaporizhzhia.

Quote: "Today, 1100 residents of Mariupol were evacuated from Berdiansk. They are safe in Zaporizhzhia now. 5 926 people came to Zaporizhzhia by their own transport via humanitarian corridors."
Details: Vereshchuk informed that humanitarian aid (food and medical supplies) was delivered to Berdiansk.
However, occupants broke the agreement and stopped evacuation buses that had to take residents of Mariupol from Nikolske village to Melekyno village.
Vereshchuk informed that 24 buses arrived to Berdiansk on Tuesday. On Wednesday at 9:00 these busses will take people from a meeting point located next to the city sports complex.
On Wednesday, a departure of additional buses and a tanker full of gasoline is scheduled. This gasoline will be used in Berdiansk by residents of Mariupol for refuelling.
