Vitaliy Kim said: "Now we are focused on procurement and help for the army, the rear guard. We are arranging logistics for housing companies, compiling lists, drawing up an access regime for relocation, preparing for sowing, setting up security at businesses. We are returning to ‘peaceful life’ wherever it is possible, let’s put it that way."
"I’m asking you once again. We need shells. [...] Missiles, everything you’ve got there…"
Details: Vitaliy Kim said that the Russian invaders carried out air raids on the city on 21 March. In particular, bombs hit one of the city parks and the hotel.
The invaders hope to intimidate the population this way, in his view.
He said that a collaborating traitor was killed in Mykolaiv Region today. This person attempted to resist apprehension and intended to use a firearm.
Background:
The invaders shelled villages on the outskirts of Mykolaiv on the night of 21 March.
Despite the hostilities in the south of the oblast (region), farmers have launched a sowing campaign in fields which Russian aggressors failed to reach.
Vitaliy Kim announced that Russian troops were moving away from the city on 19 March.
Russian occupying forces fired artillery at close range at the city, destroying the barracks of a Ukrainian army on 18 March. At least 50 bodies were pulled from under the rubble.
