Vitaliy Kim: There are more and more of us, and fewer and fewer Russians; preparations underway for the planting season

Fighting is now taking place further from the city of Mykolayiv. In the region, preparations for the planting season are underway and logistics are being arranged.

According to Kim: "We have created a headquarters made up of all the law enforcement agencies. We are starting to work through all criminal offence incidents in the region. On the first day there have already been 20 such cases.

Military action is now further from [the city of] Mykolayiv. The situation is worse in the villages now. But there are more and more of us, and fewer and fewer of them.

We are also setting up logistics, reopening businesses, and preparing for the planting season."
