Parallel reality: Russia claims to have supporters in half of Ukraine's regions

Representatives of the Russian Ministry of Defence have held a briefing where they stated that residents in 12 regions of Ukraine are willing to have good relations with Russia.

Details: the Russian Ministry of Defence claims without foundation that Ukrainians from Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions are eager for "decent relations" with Russia.

In the parallel reality drawn by the Russians, "15 million Ukrainians maintain strong ties with Russia."
