The rocket that struck Donetsk on the morning of 14 March was definitely Russian.

Source: Leonid Matyukhin, Officer of the Centre for Operational Information of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, during a briefing, quoted by Interfax-Ukraine

According to Matyukhin: "You will have already seen information about the rocket, or some other ammunition, that hit Donetsk…I want to say that this is definitely a Russian rocket, or some other ammunition. Each of you can easily see that Russian propaganda has spent the last 8 years talking about the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelling Donetsk and other [Ukrainian] cities.

You can easily see what Donetsk looks like today after the last 8 years, and what Kharkiv and Mariupol look like after having been shelled by Russian troops for over two weeks now."

Details: Earlier, a number of Russian media outlets shared a report that the centre of the city of Donetsk had been hit by a Tochka-U rocket launcher on Monday. Twenty people were reported dead and 28 wounded.
