Negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations are proceeding non-stop in working groups, and the results will be summed up on March 14.

Background:
- Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitriy Peskov confirmed that the next round of talks for delegations is scheduled for Monday, March 14. Podoliak said that possible dates for the talks were March 14 and 15, and added that they would raise the issue of Russian compensation for the destroyed buildings.
- On March 12, it became known that the Ukrainian and Russian delegations continued talks in videoconference format after the last face-to-face meeting on March 7.
- On March 10, Putin said, during talks with Lukashenko in Moscow that there had been "positive developments" in talks with Ukraine, which he would discuss behind closed doors. Starting the war against Ukraine on February 24, Putin demanded "de-Nazification", "demilitarisation" and ensuring Ukraine's neutral status.
- On February 27, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky agreed to hold talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations on the territory of Belarus. The first round of talks took place on February 28 in the Gomel region on the banks of the Pripyat River.
- The second round of talks took place in Belovezhskaya Pushcha near the Polish-Belarusian border on March 3. The parties then agreed to create humanitarian corridors to the cities that were in the areas of active hostilities. The third round of talks took place in the same place on March 7.
