E-Declarations System Officially Launched in Ukraine
At midnight on August 15, the system of electronic income declarations was officially launched in Ukraine, National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) Chief Natalia Korchak announced on Facebook.
She said that they managed to launch the system on time "without politics or tantrums", and now the developers need to concentrate on improving the system to obtain the certification of the State Service of Special Communication Information Protection of Ukraine (SSCIP).
On Friday, August 12, the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSCIP) refused to approve the system of collecting and processing of electronic income declarations of state officials.
President Petro Poroshenko announced earlier that the obligatory electronic declaration of the property and funds of state officials will be launched on August 15, as planned.
As European Pravda informed earlier, the start of the e-declaration system is a prerequisite for the IMF tranche and visa-free regime with the EU.
