Groysman: Business Community Complains Most about State Fiscal Service

During a meeting with businesspeople, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated that among all the state authorities, the State Fiscal Service receives the most complaints from the business community, Ukrainian News report.

"While there are many complaints about various state authorities, the State Fiscal Service is a ‘champion’," he claimed. He called on the state bodies to stop creating barriers for business instead of supporting it.

"I’m not going to carry water for anybody. I’ll punish everyone who prevents people from running their businesses," the PM asserted.

In May, Yulia Marushevska, Odesa Customs Chief, blamed Roman Nasirov, head of the State Fiscal Service for not implementing a single reform and covering up for ex-officials of the Yanukovych regime and ongoing corruption. Odesa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili called Nasirov ‘a criminal’ and called on Groysman to put him in jail.
