One person was killed and three injured when mines were tripped in de-occupied territory in Kyiv Region on Thursday, 28 April.

Details: One of the explosions occurred in the village of Makovyshche, Bucha district, when employees from an energy company drove onto a track across a field.

The victim received a fracture of the elbow and thigh.

Niebytov also stated that five more such mines had been found near the detonation site.

Another explosion occurred in the Makariv district, when a team of electricians was restoring power and drove onto a track across a field.

"One worker was killed and two others were injured when a mine was detonated," said the Kyiv Region Police Chief.

He added that such tragedies were being reported in de-occupied territory almost every day.
