President Poroshenko has invited the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to increase the number of OSCE monitors on the administrative border with Crimea and to request Russia to let the monitors make inspections in Crimea.

On July 28, Russian President Vladimir Putin included the so-called ‘Crimean Federal District’ into Southern Federal District and dismissed Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov.

Speaking during the PACE meeting, Savchenko uttered that Putin is to be held responsible for the abductions of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars from the annexed Crimea.
