On August 17, Solomyanka District Court of Kyiv satisfied the petition of NABU detectives on suspending Serhiy Pereloma as Chair of the Supervisory Board of Odesa Port Plant (OPZ) by September 14.

Kyiv Court of Appeals released Serhiy Pereloma, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Odesa Port Plant (OPZ) and First Deputy Chair of Naftogaz, who is suspected of embezzlement at OPZ, the Deputy Chief Anti-Corruption Prosecutor Volodymyr Kryvenko told Ukrayinski Novyny.

Solomyanskyi District Court for Kyiv City detained First Deputy Chair of Naftogaz Board Serhiy Pereloma until September 9 as a pretrial restrictive measure, with the possibility of ₴80 million bail.

The Chair of the Supervisory Board of Odesa Port Plant (OPZ) Sergiy Pereloma and Deputy CEO Mykola Shchurikov have been detained for embezzlement of company money.
