Fedor Venislavsky, the president’s representative in the Constitutional Court, said that negotiations between the Ukrainian delegation and the Russians are set to begin in a few hours.
The delay is due to the delegation taking longer than expected to reach the border with Belarus.

Ukraine is not going to break off diplomatic relations with Russia, Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said in an interview to Austrian media outlet Der Standard.

President Petro Poroshenko appointed Vyacheslav Yatsiuk Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Norway, while Oleksandr Nechytailo was appointed Ambassador to Malaysia.
