The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSCIP) does not consider it necessary to conduct verification of the state-run company Ukrainian Special Systems (USS), although it was allegedly involved into falsification of Ruslan Riaboshapka declaration.
The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSCIP) certified the information protection system to launch the e-declaration.
The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) proved the involvement of state-run company Ukrainian Special Systems into uploading the falsified e-declaration of Ruslan Riaboshapka into the system.
The fake declaration of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NAZK) member Ruslan Riaboshapka was not signed by a test key as was informed earlier.
The company that developed software for the e-declaration system claims that the screenshots demonstrated at a press conference by MPs Ivan Vinnyk and Anton Gerashchenko didn’t prove the system had been hacked.
Participants of the emergency meeting on solving issues with e-declarations called by President Petro Poroshenko inform that it was agreed to issue a certificate of compliance for the e-declarations system as soon as possible.
