Details: A Letter of Intent was signed by Airlogix CFO Oleksandr Androshchuk and Innokas CEO Janne Kostamo at the DALO Industry Days 2026 international defence exhibition, which is underway in Denmark. The production facilities are to be launched based on Ukrainian Airlogix technologies.
"The partnership is being developed under the Build with Ukraine initiative. Its goal is to scale the production of Ukrainian UAS in Europe and increase supply volumes for Ukraine's defence forces," the company's statement reads.

The companies plan to further develop the production model and establish a joint venture in Finland.
Background:
- In July 2026, Airlogix and Czech company PBS Group agreed on the localisation of production of PBS turbine engines on the territory of Ukraine. They will be manufactured and used on drones for Ukraine's defence forces.
- The Ukrainian company, together with Canadian manufacturer Sentinel Research and Development, will also produce and supply drones to Ukraine's defence forces under an agreement between the Ministries of Defence of Canada and Ukraine.
