Russian drone attacks bus in Kherson: four killed, five injured – photos

Four people were killed and five injured when Russian forces attacked a bus with a drone in Kherson's Korabelnyi district on the morning of 19 August.

Details: Prokudin later clarified that four elderly people were killed in the attack: a 69-year-old man and three women aged 89, 63 and 71.
Prokudin said four women were also injured. They have been taken to hospital, where doctors are examining them and providing the medical treatment they need.
He said the attack had taken place at approximately 08:50.


Kherson Oblast Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into a war crime resulting in loss of life (Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors and investigators are documenting the aftermath of the Russian attack. Information regarding casualties is being gathered.

Update: Shanko reported later that the number of people injured has risen to five.
The 58-year-old bus driver sought medical help. He has been diagnosed with a blast injury and is currently undergoing further examination.
