Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in Odesa Oblast on the night of 16-17 August, damaging a civilian vessel sailing under the flag of the Republic of Togo.

Details: According to Kiper, four people were injured, three of whom were taken to hospital, with one in a serious condition. All are receiving the necessary medical care.
