Lorry hits explosive object near forest in Kharkiv Oblast

The driver of an IVECO DAILY lorry drove along a dirt road on the edge of a forest on Saturday 5 April and hit an unknown explosive object in Balakliia, Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: The 39-year-old driver was seriously injured in the explosion, and the vehicle was damaged.

Rescue workers ask people not to travel on untested dirt roads, as well as not to visit forests, fields, reservoirs and other open spaces, especially those where there have been battles or that have been under Russian occupation.
