Russian troops attacked Kharkiv Oblast on 14 April, killing four people and injuring two.

Quote from the Prosecutor's Office: The data obtained during the investigation indicates that on 14 April around 09:00, Russian forces carried out an artillery attack on the town of Kupiansk, hitting a residential area.

Two people were killed: a 68-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman. Another woman, aged 72, suffered an acute stress reaction.

Details: At around 12:50, the Russians struck the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district. 

Russian troops targeted a residential area, damaging houses and outbuildings. As a result of the attack on the village, a 52-year-old man and a 78-year-old woman were killed. A 38-year-old woman suffered from acute shock.
