The DeepState monitoring project has released footage of the effective work of Ukrainian aviation on military targets in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast.

- On 18 March, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, when asked whether Ukraine was conducting operations in Belgorod Oblast, as reported by the Russian Ministry of Defence, replied that Ukraine has the right to take proactive steps to avoid Russian strikes.
