Zelenskyy family income totalled about US$365,000 in 2024

President Zelenskyy and his family earned UAH 15.2 million (approx. US$371,926) in 2024, including UAH 8.5 million (approx. US$206,812) from the redemption of domestic government bonds.

Details: The family’s income in 2024 consisted of the president’s salary, bank interest and rental income from their property. These sources amounted to a total of UAH 6.7m (approx. US$163,033).
The increase in the president’s family income compared to the previous year was attributed to the full restoration of rental payments.
The family’s cash balance remained largely unchanged by the end of 2024.
There were no other significant changes in the president’s family assets, real estate or vehicles last year.
As shown in the declaration, the president’s salary amounted to UAH 336,000 (approx. US$8,175).
As in the previous year, Zelenskyy owns a flat in Kyiv with an area of 131.9 square metres, two garage parking spaces in Kyiv measuring 20.9 and 20.7 sq.m, a 25% share of a 254.5 sq.m flat in Kyiv co-owned with the Shefir brothers, and a 50% share of a 198.6 sq.m flat co-owned with Serhii Shefir.
First Lady Olena Zelenska owns a 129.8 sq.m flat in Livadiia, Crimea and a 16.1 sq.m parking space at the same location; a 33% share in a 337.8 sq.m non-residential property co-owned with Olena and Larysa Shefir; and a 284 sq.m in Kyiv.
Since 2014, Volodymyr and Olena Zelenskyy have also held the right to use a 91.9 sq.m flat in the United Kingdom, as well as the right to use a state-owned dacha in Kyiv with outbuildings and structures totalling 4,011.10 sq.m.
Zelenskyy still owns a 2016 Land Rover, and his wife owns a 2014 Mercedes-Benz S 500 4MATIC.
The couple also continue to possess luxury watches – Breguet, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Piaget and Bovet.

- In 2023, Zelenskyy and his family earned nearly UAH 12.5m (approx. US$316,400), including nearly UAH 7.4m (about US$188,700) in income from selling domestic bonds.
