"I left it on a side table": Zelenskyy says he does not know where Usyk's championship belt is after bringing it to Trump

Details: In response to a question about the whereabouts of the belt belonging to the legendary Ukrainian boxer – seen in footage from the contentious meeting between the Ukrainian and US presidents – Zelenskyy replied that he "doesn’t know". "Maybe it’s still sitting there," the head of state remarked.
Amid the commotion that followed a heated exchange between Zelenskyy and the US leadership, he left the belt on a side table next to the armchair.
Time notes that later that same day, a White House staffer found the belt and took it to Trump’s private dining room, where it now rests among other souvenirs – described by the magazine as "a memento of failed diplomacy".
Background:
- The Ukrainian president left the White House early on Friday, 28 February, after a row with Trump and Vice President JD Vance.
- In response, Trump claimed that the Ukrainian president had "disrespected" the United States and that Zelenskyy was "not ready for peace".
