Number of casualties in large-scale Russian attack on Ukraine's Kropyvnytskyi rises to 14 – video

The number of injured civilians in Russia’s night attack on the city of Kropyvnytskyi has risen to 14, including 7 children.

Quote from Kuleba: "There are casualties: 14 people have sought medical assistance, including 7 children. Two of the injured are in serious condition. All necessary assistance is being provided."
Details: The attack caused damage to 70 houses and 17 apartment buildings, with one residential property nearly destroyed. Most of the damaged buildings suffered shattered windows, ripped-out doors, destroyed roofs and fences and damaged facades.
Emergency response teams are working in the most affected districts to deal with the aftermath of the strike.
Update: The National Police have posted a video of the largest attack on Kropyvnytskyi.
Law enforcement officials reported that after the first Russian strike, patrol officers arrived at the scene and blocked access to the area under fire.
