Russians hit passenger bus in Kherson, killing only ecologist working in local government – photos

Russian troops used a drone to attack a passenger bus in Kherson’s Korabel district on Monday, 6 January. Early reports indicate that there are deaths and injuries. One person has been reported killed and six injured.

Details: The bus was operating on Route 3 when it was hit.

As a result of the strike, six individuals received injuries and have been taken to hospital, namely five women, ages 47, 55, 58, 51 and 30, as well as the 66-year-old driver.

They sustained mine-blast injuries and are currently undergoing medical evaluation.

Updated: A 21-year-old man has been hospitalised after sustaining a blast injury and shrapnel wounds. A 50-year-old man sustained fatal injuries.

Volodymyr Ivanovych Shum was a specialist in the ecology division of the municipal services and landscaping department of the municipal economy department of the Kherson City Council. The Russian terrorists [soldiers – ed.] killed the only ecologist who was physically working in Kherson hromada these days."
