Russian troops struck a residential area in the city of Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast on 3 January, injuring four people, including a two-year-old child.

Details: The attack also partially destroyed or damaged 14 households. Authorities are working to identify the type of weapon used and establish the total number of casualties.
