Russians attack Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: transport business, houses and warehouses damaged – photos

The Russian military fired on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the morning of 21 January, partially damaging a warehouse in Dnipro, as well as property belonging to a transport company and residential buildings in one of the districts, and injuring one person.

Quote from Lysak: "It was a restless morning for Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Explosions rang out in the oblast centre. A disused warehouse was partially destroyed in the city.

A man was injured in the Synelnykove district as a result of the enemy attack. He is in hospital in a moderate condition. Doctors are providing him with the necessary assistance. Premises belonging to a transport company and residential buildings were damaged in the area. This information is being updated."

 

Details: Later, Lysak clarified that the morning missile attack on Synelnykove district had left two apartment buildings and three houses severely damaged.  

The attack caused damage to two industrial facilities and five vehicles were also affected in Dnipro.

At night, the Russians fired twice on the Nikopol district – in particular, they shelled the Chervonohryhorivka and Pokrovsk hromadas with heavy artillery. Reports indicate that there were no casualties. [A hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories - ed.] 

Lysak also added that at night, soldiers of Ukraine's Air Command Skhid (East) destroyed seven Russian drones over the oblast.

Background: Explosions rang out in Dnipro at around 06:00 on the morning of 21 January. The Air Force reported that high-speed targets were moving towards the city.
