Russians launch 80 attack drones towards Ukraine, 79 fail to reach their targets
Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 80 Shahed UAVs and decoy drones of various types on the night of 13-14 January. Ukrainian forces have managed to destroy 58 drones, while another 21 disappeared from radar.

Quote: "As of 09:00, 58 Shahed UAVs and other types of drones have been confirmed destroyed in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Kherson oblasts... 21 enemy decoy drones disappeared from radar (with no adverse effects)."
Details: The Air Force also noted that the downed Russian drones caused damage in Sumy, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv and Cherkasy oblasts.
"Houses and high-rise buildings, cars and civilian property have been damaged. Early reports indicate no casualties. Those affected are receiving help," the statement said.
The Russian drones were launched from the Russian cities of Millerovo, Orel, Kursk and Primorsk-Akhtarsk.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups from the Air Force and the rest of Ukraine’s defence forces were involved in repelling the attack.
