Quote: "The administrations of pre-schools and educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine have been instructed to ban even the mention of St Nicholas. At all events, only Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden [traditional Russian characters] must be present. In addition, a complete ban on carols and nativity scenes has been introduced.
