Russians concentrate offensive efforts on four fronts – Ukraine's General Staff
A total of 101 combat clashes have occurred on the battlefield since the start of 1 January, with the Russians concentrating their efforts on the Kurakhove, Pokrovsk, Vremivka and Kursk fronts.

Details: On the Kupiansk front, the Russians conducted three attempts to advance towards Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Kolisnykivka, Zahryzove and Nova Kruhliakivka.
On the Lyman front, Russian forces carried out six attacks, attempting to advance near the settlements of Novosergiivka, Tverdokhlibove, Kopanky, Makiivka and Ivanivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine Russian assaults near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Stupochky and Predtechyne.
On the Toretsk front, Russian forces conducted five assaults near the city of Toretsk and towards the village of Shcherbynivka.
The Pokrovsk front remains highly active, with 17 combat clashes of varying intensity recorded during the day. Ukrainian forces repelled Russian attacks near the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Novyi Trud, Solone, Kotlyne, Pishchane, Pokrovsk, Novooleksiivka and Novovasylivka.
Fierce battles occurred on the Kurakhove front, with 11 combat clashes near the settlements of Ukrainka, Petropavlivka and Kurakhove.
On the Vremivka front, the Russians launched 12 assaults on Ukrainian positions near the settlements of Dachne, Kostiantynopol, Yantarne, Novosilka, Rozlyv and Novyi Komar.
On the Orikhiv front, one combat clash occurred near the village of Novoandriivka, but the Russians failed to achieve any success.
On the Prydniprovske front, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled one Russian attack.
On the Kursk front, Ukrainian forces repelled 31 Russian assaults, with two combat clashes still ongoing. Additionally, the Russians conducted a missile strike and 9 airstrikes, employing 7 missiles and 11 guided aerial bombs and carried out 198 artillery bombardments on Ukrainian positions and settlements.
