Poland's foreign minister and senior Ukrainian official discuss Ukraine's progress towards EU and NATO – photos
Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Minister of Justice, met with Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski in Warsaw on Monday, 9 December.

Details: Stefanishyna noted that she and Sikorski had discussed Ukraine's integration into the EU and NATO, the current security situation, financial and military support, and the use of proceeds generated by frozen Russian assets.
"With Poland set to assume the EU presidency in early 2025, [we] paid special attention to the enlargement agenda," she added.

Sikorski highlighted the priorities of Poland's EU presidency, emphasising Ukraine's accession to the EU, expert assistance for integration, and "sustainable military and financial support" as key discussion points.
Poland is set to hold the presidency of the Council of the European Union in the first half of 2025.
