Denmark to provide €6 million for Ukrainian energy infrastructure recovery
Denmark will provide €6 million to recover Ukraine's energy infrastructure damaged by Russian occupation forces.

Details: The new aid package for the recovery of Ukraine's energy infrastructure was announced by Marie Bjerre, Minister of European Affairs of Denmark, during a meeting with Olha Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
It is noted that €6 million will be allocated to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed issues related to the EU enlargement process, Ukraine's accession to the EU, and the transformations required on this path.
Background:
- During her visit to Kyiv on 4 November, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock announced the allocation of €200 million in additional winter aid to Ukraine.
- At the end of November, it was reported that the German Federal Ministry of Economy would provide another €65 million to recover Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
- On 27 November, amid damage to a critical infrastructure facility in Ternopil Oblast, the US sent aid to Ternopil to ensure the supply of heating and water to households and important facilities.
