Ukraine recovers key notarial registers affected by Russian cyberattack
Ukraine's Ministry of Justice has resumed the operation of three key notarial registries that were affected by a Russian cyberattack.

Details: "The Unified Register of Powers of Attorney, the Inheritance Register and the Unified Register of Special Forms of Notarial Documents have been recovered after [being affected by] a large-scale Russian cyberattack," the press service said.
Notaries can now fully register powers of attorney, wills and inheritance cases and check special forms.
All notarial procedures performed without access to the registers must now be recorded within five business days. The Ministry of Justice also announced the implementation of enhanced cybersecurity measures.
