Quote: "Atesh assets have reported a challenging situation for Russian units on the left (east) bank of Kherson Oblast. This especially [concerns] the 70th Motorised Infantry Division, which has sustained significant losses."

Details: The partisans note that a recent Russian attempt to storm Kherson Oblast failed and became a real disaster for Russian forces.

Atesh assets report that entire Russian platoons never made it back, severely undermining the morale of Russian soldiers. Despite this, the Russian military leadership continues to send troops to certain death, hoping to find a more favourable location for the next landing.

Atesh assets within Russian forces report that the Russian command is extremely incompetent.

Quote: "The situation is aggravated by incompetent commanders and their arbitrariness. All this makes Russian soldiers look for any way to survive. We’ve recorded an increase in the number of soldiers contacting our coordinators, expressing their desire not to become victims of others' agendas."
