"There are risks of additional soldiers and military equipment being sent to the Russian army from North Korea, and we will have tangible responses to this. Now, according to preliminary data, the number of North Korean soldiers killed and injured in Kursk Oblast exceeds 3,000 people," Zelenskyy said.

The president stressed that it is important for the world to understand that the risk of destabilisation around the Korean Peninsula and in neighbouring regions and waters is increasing in proportion to the growth of cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang.

The transfer of modern warfare experience and the spread of military technology from Russia is a global threat, he added.
