Ukraine's largest supermarket chain Silpo loses warehouse and around US$9.5 million worth of goods in Russian night attack

A Russian drone attack on 20 December destroyed a frozen food warehouse belonging to Silpo, Ukraine's largest supermarket chain, in the Boryspil district of Kyiv Oblast.

Quote: "On the night of 19-20 December, a Russian drone attack destroyed one of Silpo’s warehouses where frozen food was stored. No one was injured, but the fire destroyed goods worth over UAH 400 million [about US$9.5 million]."

The statement also noted that the Fozzy Group team is working on reorganising logistics.
