Russians attack Kherson with 1,000 shells in 40 minutes
The Russian army launched a hour-long large-scale attack on the city of Kherson on the morning of 20 December, killing 2 people and injuring 11, according to various sources.

Details: The Russians launched a combined attack with cannon artillery and multiple rocket launchers on Kherson and surrounding settlements. The attack lasted about an hour.
According to Prokudin, within 40 minutes, about 1,000 shells fell on Kherson alone, with hits in all districts of the city. As noted in Kherson Oblast Military Administration, the Russians targeted residential areas and social and critical infrastructure.
More than 30 high-rise buildings, 15 residential houses, cars, garages, outbuildings, the railway station, police stations, and medical and educational institutions were damaged.
Almost everywhere the hits caused fires, which have been extinguished by the emergency services, Prokudin added.
Two men were killed and 11 other people were injured, said Roman Mrochko, Head of the city's military administration.
Thus, seven men and four women were diagnosed with explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds, and concussions. All of them have been hospitalised. In particular, one of the injured is in a very serious condition.
