Terrorist attack in Dnipro on 14 December: Police and Security Service of Ukraine detain suspect and detect Russian trail
Police have detained a suspect in a terrorist attack in the city centre of Dnipro near a territorial recruitment centre on 14 December, which killed a man and injured four people.

Details: At 14:45 on Saturday, an explosion rang out near one of the administrative buildings in the central district of Dnipro. A man was killed and four other people were injured, including two police officers. The injured are currently in hospital. Doctors are fighting to save their lives.
The police investigation team, explosives experts, a forensic laboratory and all relevant services were working at the scene.
Law enforcement officials note that, according to preliminary information, the attacker acted on the instructions of Russian secret services.
It is reported that as a result of the operational measures taken, the police, together with the SSU, tracked down and detained the suspect within a few hours. He appeared to be a local resident, 37 years of age.
The suspect was taken to the police station. Searches are ongoing at the detainee's place of residence, and all necessary investigative actions are being carried out, the SSU said.
The issue of choosing a measure of restraint and serving him a notice of suspicion under Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (terrorist act) is being decided.
