99 combat clashes took place on line of contact: Pokrovsk and Kurakhove fronts are highly tense – General Staff
The situation on the line of contact remains tense. The number of combat clashes has increased to 99 since the beginning of the day. The situation is the most intense on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove fronts.

Details: The Russians carried out 24 attacks on the Pokrovsk front in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Hryhorivka, Selydove and Novooleksiivka. Ukrainian defence forces held back the attack and repelled 19 attacks, five combat clashes are still ongoing.
The situation is also tense on the Kurakhove front, where the Russians have attacked Ukrainian troops 39 times since the beginning of the day. Fighting is currently ongoing on 21 positions.
The Russians continue to use aviation and artillery in the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts. The areas of Volfyne, Zarichchia, Yanzhulivka, Rohizne, Bachivsk, Leonivka, Zhuravka, Pavlivka, Bilovody, Krasnyi Khutir, Basivka, Chuikivka, Mykolaivka and Liskivshchyna came under artillery fire; the settlement of Iskryskivshchyna came under fire from the MLRS.
The Russians attacked Ukrainian positions six times on the Kupiansk front in the areas of Kucherivka, Petropavlivka and Kruhliakivka, but were repelled.
The Russians are trying to advance on the Lyman front in the vicinity of Druzheliubivka, Hrekivka, Torske and Terny. In total, there have been seven combat clashes on this front since the beginning of the day, and two are still ongoing.
The number of attacks on the Toretsk front increased to four. The Russians conducted attacks near Toretsk, Dyliivka and Shcherbynivka, where Ukrainian troops repelled two attacks, and two more combat clashes are ongoing.
Ukrainian troops repelled two attacks in the areas of Trudove and Maksymivka on the Vremivka front. Four combat clashes are ongoing near Trudove.
Ukrainian defenders are repelling the attack of the Russians forces in the area of Novoandriivka on the Orikhove front. The Russian military also used bomber aircraft to attack Mala Tokmachka, Omelnyk and Vilnianka, dropping eight guided aerial bombs, and struck Kamianske with rockets from the air.
The Russian attacks were repelled on the Kramatorsk, Prydniprovske, Kharkiv and Siversk fronts.
There were no significant changes in other areas on the line of contact.
The General Staff reports that Russian aircraft dropped seven guided aerial bombs on the territory of Kursk Oblast.
