Details: In his evening address on 5 November, the president stated that he and the foreign minister had reviewed "the candidates for the vacant posts of Ukrainian Ambassadors in the relevant countries" and assessed the performance of Ukrainian diplomats. "We are preparing replacements and appointments," he announced, without providing any details.

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry had previously stated in response to an inquiry from Babel, a Ukrainian media outlet, that nearly 30 Ukrainian embassies have no ambassador.

- After his appointment in early September, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced a series of personnel decisions and a review of foreign policy strategy, including the recall of the chargé d'affaires in Georgia.
