Details: The national Georgiy Gongadze Prize noted that Nataliia Humeniuk co-founded and managed Hromadske International and Hromadske TV for five years.

In addition, she founded the Public Interest Journalism Lab, which she currently heads.

Humeniuk is an active participant in The Reckoning Project, an international project that documents war crimes.

Following this, in March 2023, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Russian ruler Vladimir Putin and Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova.

"The journalist has made several documentaries and books. Nataliia is the voice of Ukraine in such publications as The Guardian, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, The Rolling Stone and Die Zeit," the Georgiy Gongadze Prize added.
