Ukraine receives first $100 million in aid from South Korea

Ukraine has received US$100 million from South Korea.

Quote: "This is the first budgetary aid from our Korean partners, aimed at supporting the social sector," Shmyhal said.
He noted that earlier this year, Ukraine and Korea signed an agreement that will enable Ukraine to secure up to US$2.1 billion in funding.
Background: On 2 October, the Ministry of Finance signed a loan agreement with the Export-Import Bank of Korea to secure a US$100 million loan.
