Russian forces attacked the central part of Odesa on the morning of 25 November, injuring 11 people and causing damage to civilian infrastructure.

Quote from Kiper: "Russian terrorists have carried out a missile attack on the centre of Odesa. People have been injured. Civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, has been damaged."

Details: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that it was the wreckage of a Russian missile that caused damage to civilian infrastructure in Odesa.

Kiper later reported that six people were hurt. One woman is seriously injured, while others are in a moderate condition. They are all at medical facilities.

"The missile strike caused damage to civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, cars, a dental surgery, beauty salons, businesses, flower shops, and people's cars. Two educational facilities were also damaged: a school and the university's sports hall. The windows and doors have been smashed. Fortunately, the teachers and students were in shelters during the strike," he said.

Update: At 13:45, Kiper reported that the number of injured had risen to 11.

Two people were treated on the spot. Eight of those injured are in hospital, and one other is being treated on an outpatient basis.
