Ukrainian forces attack Russian radar and two clusters of military personnel
Ukrainian aircraft and Rocket Forces and Artillery units struck two clusters of Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment and a radar station on 23 November.

Details: The General Staff continues to assess the situation at the front as complicated.
Updated reports indicate that Russian forces carried out 39 strikes on Ukrainian positions and populated areas, in particular launching 53 guided aerial bombs. They also conducted over 3,000 bombardments, including 159 using multiple-launch rocket systems, and launched over 800 kamikaze drones.
The Russians delivered airstrikes near the settlements of Lozova in Kharkiv Oblast; Tverdokhlibove in Luhansk Oblast; Hryhorivka, Bilohorivka, Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, Nelipivka, Katerynivka, Ivanopillia, Yablunivka, Zoria, Oleksandropil, Hrodivka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Sukha Balka, Dachne, Romanivka, Ulakly, Kostiantynopil and Velyka Novosilka in Donetsk Oblast.
Background: On Saturday, Ukrainian and Russian forces clashed 224 times throughout the war zone, with the Russians being most active on the Pokrovsk front (55 combat engagements) and on the Kurakhove front (47 combat engagements).
