Two missiles and 27 UAVs attack Kursk Oblast in Russia, governor claims

Alexei Smirnov, the governor of Russia's Kursk Oblast, claimed on the night of 23-24 November that the oblast was attacked by 2 Ukrainian missiles and 27 drones.

Details: Smirnov, in the usual manner of Russian governors, claimed that Russian air defence had repelled a Ukrainian missile and drone attack.
