Quote: "Today, there was a lot of concern and many questions about some kind of particular danger. Although, throughout this time, we have already experienced so many cruel and vile attacks from Russia... It is always essential to pay attention when an air-raid warning is issued. We have that kind of a neighbour – insane. Today, on the 1,001st day of the full-scale war, Russia is just as insane as it was on the 1,000th day and on 24 February. The information frenzy that took place today, with some panic messages passed around – all this benefits only Russia."

- The embassies of Spain and Italy in Kyiv also reported temporarily suspending operations in the Ukrainian capital after receiving "concrete" information about the threat of a large-scale air strike on 20 November.
