Turkish President does not approve of permission for Ukraine to hit Russia with ATACMS missiles
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has made it clear that he does not support the US decision to allow Ukraine to use US ATACMS missiles in Russia.

Details: Erdoğan was asked whether he supported the US authorisation of strikes against Russia or whether he believed that this could lead to a direct confrontation with Moscow, including nuclear war.
"We can never say that a war where nuclear weapons are used can result in anything positive," the Turkish president replied.
"The missiles recently used by Ukraine are also an indication of the potential or possible consequences. These are not positive developments," Erdoğan added.
U.S. officials have not yet confirmed that Ukraine has been allowed to fire ATACMS missiles at Russia. But the first such strike on a weapons depot on the Russian territory has been reported unofficially.
