Zelenskyy: Over 500 electronic military transfers authorised in Armiia+ application
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims that more than 500 electronic transfers of troops between units have already been agreed upon in the Armiia+ app [Army+, a Ukrainian mobile app that soldiers can use to send electronic reports to their commanders].

Quote: "We managed to implement one of the most effective, in our opinion, tools to guarantee respect for soldiers within the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The system of electronic transfers in the army is already working. And in the first days of its work in Armiia+, more than 500 transfers were already agreed upon."
Details: The president stated that the Armiia+ application has already been utilised by 410,000 Ukrainian soldiers within 1,400 military units. The application has processed 25,000 reports. Most important functions include electronic reporting, an online training module, and military questionnaires.
Zelenskyy directed the military command to plan the expansion of the functionality of the Armiia+ app to all defence forces.
Background:
- On 8 August, Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence unveiled a mobile application for military members, Armiia+.
- On 12 November, the Cabinet of Ministers modified the transfer mechanism between military units for soldiers who stated such a wish.
- Since then, transfers have been processed using the Armiia+ app. It takes 72 hours to review the report. The result of the check is conveyed to the soldier via the application.
